For GPs, wards, colleges, community workers, family, friends and faith leaders. It takes about three minutes. We only accept a referral the person has agreed to.
What happens next
- 1The referral joins our coordinator’s queue straight away.
- 2You get an email to confirm, with no details about the person.
- 3We contact the person in working hours, usually within one working day.
